Hideaway will make available a professional architect to assist with the planning and design of your home.   Our nominated construction company will ensure you with the quality and high standards you can expect from Hideaway properties.   All home sites within the Hideaway development will be fully serviced with underground utilities including electricity, water, telephone, cable TV and internet.

 

Residents will have the option of placing their residence with the Hideaway rental property management program for those parts of the year when the property would be un occupied, thus providing a welcome return on your investment.

 

To eliminate the headache and hassle of importing and transporting furniture to the Bahamas, Hideaway offers you two furnishing options to meet your needs.

Option A.

Our turnkey option offers a selection of high quality furnishings, linens and kitchenware.  We offer a variety of themes, and styles to ensure that each home is tailored to your individual taste.   Standard packages start at $46,000 for two-bedroom units to $66,000 for three bedroom units, which include import duties and shipping.   Certain optional upgrades are also available on home and furniture package

 

Option B

This option is designed for owners with the larger homes to furnish, and who have more specific design needs, and or those that have a more flexible budget.   Using our resources we will customize down to the last detail, including doors, fixtures, floors and furnishings.

 

Alternatively if you would like to take the opportunity of spending time in Florida, then we will be delighted to assist you with taking you to the right places so that you can make your special purchases.

 

Furniture packages include the furniture, bedding ensembles, window treatments, pictures, rugs, lighting and accessories.    We can also assist with custom designing the furniture packages.
