Home construction techniques consist of block walls, reinforced to code. Reinforced concrete foundations poured in place to protect against potential water incursion.  We feature white metal standing seam roofs, this material has provided the best protection against weather, resists fading and offers the highest insulation factor.

 

Windows are anodized aluminum With hurricane resistant glass. This meets both Bahamian and Florida building code standards which are based on a 150 mph wind zone.
